At Recalled, we are committed to delivering premium quality men's apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit or purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window
We provide a 7-day return and exchange window starting from the day your package is marked delivered by the courier partner.
2. Return Conditions
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must be attached.
- Items purchased during clearance or flash sales are exchange-only.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before shipment dispatch. Email your Order ID to support@recalled.co.in to initiate a cancellation.
4. Fast Refund Processing
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection:
- Prepaid Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking): Automatically credited back to your original source within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via secure UPI transfer or bank transfer once details are confirmed.
